Overview
East Lake Church (Chula Vista, CA) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help steward the Chula Vista campus with excellence. This is a hands-on role working with the Facility Manager to care for the property and ensure it remains an inviting, purposeful environment that reflects the church's mission and vision. The role supports facility systems and ministry events to help the campus be a place where people can connect, grow, and experience God.

HoursPhase One and Phase Two hours are described below; additional hours or shifting hours to evenings and weekends may be required.
- Phase One Primarily Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Phase Two (Fall 2025) Primarily Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Reports to Chula Vista Facility Manager. This role also works with the Associate Location Pastor and Property Specialist to manage a broad scope of events, projects, and repairs.
