A company is looking for a Document Management Mail & Scanning Clerk responsible for supporting mail operations and document processing within the loan servicing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail, including various delivery services
  • Prepare and generate shipping labels for deliveries
  • Organize, prepare, and scan files and documents related to loan servicing
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Collaborative team player skilled in working with peers and managers
