Are you passionate about the magic of lighting in film, TV, or live events? Do you thrive in fast-paced production environments? We're looking for a dynamic Production Assistant – Lighting to support our lighting team and help bring stunning visuals to life!

In this role, you'll work closely with gaffers, grips, and the entire production crew to ensure smooth lighting setups, efficient equipment handling, and seamless execution on set. If you're eager to learn, ready to hustle, and excited to be part of an energetic team, we want to hear from you!

The Production Assistant Designer executes excellence in service production, team-building, and content creation.

Reports directly to the Production Director. Employee seeks authorization for broad scope of tasks.

Interacts with all staff and volunteers to create relevant, fun, and engaging worship experiences for adult services at East Lake Church.

• Prepare grids, message notes, host script, and distribute to the Production Team.
• Assist in rehearsal and pre-service rehearsals.
• Create Pro Presenter show for services; assist in uploading content to Dropbox for Community Church Movement.
• Stay in the room throughout each service; connecting and coaching volunteers on production positions.
• Assist in repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to production equipment as needed.

• Gear & Software Knowledge: Be able to learn and teach in Grand
  
  MA3, Resolume, Pro Presenter, Planning Center, Rock Platform, and other software.
• Two years experience in a related environment.

• Additional duties as assigned.

• Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion.
• Overtime hours as required by ministry needs.
• Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.).
