Are you a creative student who loves design, editing videos, and building things online?
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to maintain and grow our presence on Tik Tok, Linked In, and Instagram, creating high-impact, informative, and visually engaging content.
This is a flexible opportunity for a creative who thrives at the intersection of visuals, social justice, and strategy. Someone adept at creating content quickly, leveraging current social media trends, and translating our messaging in our brand voice.
You'll work closely with our team to develop, produce, and optimize content that shares timely information, drives member engagement, and reflects the company's values.
This internship is perfect for someone who wants real-world experience building a brand on social media and growing a creative portfolio.
🧠What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools for design.
- Experience editing videos using tools like Cap Cut, Instagram Edits, iMovie, or Adobe Premiere.
- Creative, self-motivated, and good at meeting deadlines.
- Interested in branding, design, and online content creation.
- A personal portfolio, website, or social media page showing your creative work.
- Interest in social media strategy or marketing.
- Location:
Located in North San Diego County and able to attend one in-person meeting per month. - Compensation:
Unpaid internship but eligible for school credit (we’re happy to work with your school to meet internship or volunteer work requirements). - Hours are flexible and based on deliverables, with regular check-ins to ensure alignment
- Must be available at least 5 hours a week minimum.
