Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client’s team in California. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Base Pay Range$19.00/hr – $21.00/hr
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations in the customer service department.
- Adapt to various customer situations and tailor responses accordingly.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer service software and databases is a plus.
The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.
