Instructional Aide – School-Based | Up to $22/hr | Monday to Friday | Vista, CA
Up to $22/hr, paid weekly, no nights or weekends, full-time or part-time, benefits after 30 days (full-time)

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily classroom support to teachers and school staff
• Assist with lessons, activities, and general student supervision
• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups
• Help track student progress toward IEP or 504 goals when needed
• Support students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 48 college units, or an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Experience in a school or childcare setting preferred but not required
• BLS certification preferred but not required
• Reliability, clear communication, and an interest in helping students succeed
