Base pay range$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

- Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year
- Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year
- Work hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Mon–Fri
- Perform membrane (RO/NF, MF/UF) and filter dissections
- Collect and analyze samples of membrane and foulants to identify chemical composition
- Conduct various tests to evaluate membrane integrity and performance on lab‑scale and full‑scale membrane systems
- Maintain database for sample reception and services completed
- Box and palletize membrane elements for shipping
- Perform cleaning studies to determine the efficacy of various cleaning solutions, salt/chemical solution mixing, and water analysis in a wet lab setting
- Assist in writing and presenting technical documents
- Support other laboratory functions
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
- Minimum of associate’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or similar
- Previous water/wet laboratory or chemical handling related experience (1–2 years) required
- Excellent hands‑on skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data obtained from FTIR, SEM, EDX, and XPS techniques (preferred)
- Basic understanding of RO processes and membrane‑based water treatment systems (preferred)
- Forklift certification (preferred)
