The beautiful, family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Banquet Set‑Up Attendant to join their team! This 1,000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, have open availability, and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a banquet houseperson in a big‑box hotel. Previous hospitality and customer service experience is required. Strong communication skills are highly preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability required Monday – Sunday, between the hours of 6:30 am – 11 pm

Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

Responsible for the set‑up and clean‑up of banquet functions.

Set‑ups tables and chairs to meet function specifications.

Cleans meeting spaces, including washing meeting room walls at the beginning of events.

Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, and wipe other areas clean before, during, and after events.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 1 year of experience as a banquet houseperson in a big‑box hotel. Previous hospitality and customer service experience required. Strong communication skills highly preferred.
