• Lead daily landscape operations and guide your field teams
• Mentor crew members and create a safe, collaborative work culture
• Be the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships
• Conduct site walks and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with your team to deliver top-quality results

• 3+ years in landscape management or supervision
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Horticulture education or CLCA Certification a plus
• A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and problem‑solving
