Production Supervisor –

Lead daily production operations, manage team, ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Lead and coordinate a production team to achieve performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, maintaining schedules and quality standards.
• Assist planning & inventory to manage material flow.
• Supervise electronic & mechanical assembly, electrical test, quality control, packing & shipping.
• Train, mentor, onboard staff.
• Track performance, monitor productivity, prepare reports.
• Control manpower & materials to complete projects on time.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, ensure compliance.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in manufacturing or production.
• Mechanical skills, electronic assembly, test knowledge, material flow.
• Ability to supervise, train, prioritize, schedule assignments.
• Excellent organization, communication, problem‑solving.
• Fast‑paced, multi‑priority management.
• Proficient MS Office; ERP knowledge.
• Knowledge of ISO helpful.
• Travel to Tijuana/Mexico, Otay Mesa for cross‑training.
• Valid passport required;
  Sentri/Global Entry helpful.
