What kind of skills should candidates have to be successful in our Water Runner / Production Runner jobs? We are looking for people who can:

• Transport and stage racks of fresh flowers throughout production areas to support continuous bouquet assembly
• Move, refill, and organize buckets, racks, and production materials while maintaining workflow efficiency
• Monitor work areas and immediately clean water spills to help maintain a safe work environment
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions
• Follow safety procedures, utilize proper lifting techniques, and communicate supply needs with supervisors and production teams

We have a variety of shift options available and can help you choose the best shift to fit your schedule!

First shift / 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Second shift / 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

Third shift / 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
• Previous warehouse, production, agriculture, or material handling experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$17.00 to $17.50 per hour
