Bouquet Assembler

Lucky for you, Adecco is hiring for Bouquet Assembler positions with a leading floral production company in Vista, CA, and we are looking to hire a lot of great people! The pay rates for Bouquet Assembler jobs start at $17.00 - 17.50/hour, which means these positions are going to give you the chance to earn a lot of fast cash, and it all adds up quickly!

What kind of skills should candidates have to be successful in our Bouquet Assembler jobs? We are looking for people who can:

• Assemble hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements according to recipes, templates, and quality standards
• Inspect, sort, trim, and prepare flowers to ensure freshness and product quality
• Accurately count stems and materials while maintaining attention to detail
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily quotas and shipping deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating with team members to achieve production goals

We have a variety of shift options available and can help you choose the best shift to fit your schedule!

1st shift - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

2nd shift - 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

3rd shift - 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Comfortable performing repetitive hand motions and assembly work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous production, assembly, warehouse, or floral experience is helpful but not required

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
