We’re a growing auto insurance agency focused on helping clients find the right coverage with great service and reliability. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing individual who’s passionate about marketing, networking, and building relationships that help our agency grow.

The Marketing & Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding our agency’s visibility and partnerships. This person will manage our social media presence, connect with local car dealerships and sales managers to build referral relationships, and bring new ideas to promote our agency in the community.

• Create and manage engaging content for the agency’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Visit and maintain relationships with local dealerships and business partners to generate client referrals
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with the agency team on new promotional ideas and community outreach
• Track marketing performance and referral activity
• Represent the agency in a professional and positive manner at all times

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Comfortable speaking with business professionals and potential clients
• Creative and familiar with social media marketing trends
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred (insurance background a plus, but not required)

• Base pay $20/hour
