Human Resources Manager at Avery Products CorporationPlum Paper, division of Avery Products Corporation is looking for an experienced Copywriter & Content Strategist
. You will be responsible for developing warm, engaging, and on‑brand content that connects Plum Paper’s products to the everyday lives of our customers. This role combines creative storytelling with strategic thinking—crafting copy that captures our voice and helps our audience feel inspired, informed, and supported. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position collaborates closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to bring the Plum Paper brand to life across all touchpoints.

- Develop and write creative, compelling copy for a range of marketing materials including digital campaigns, website content, product descriptions, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and tone that reflects Plum Paper’s warm, friendly, and empowering personality across all channels.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure all messaging aligns with visual direction, business goals, and seasonal priorities.
- Lead and execute content strategies that support product launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Write SEO‑ and AEO‑informed content for web pages, blogs, and product descriptions to improve visibility and discoverability.
- Edit and proofread materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop messaging frameworks and copy guidelines to ensure alignment across all internal and external communications.
- Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to inform future copywriting strategy and messaging decisions.
- Partner with Paid Media Specialist to assess content performance and refine messaging based on audience insights.
- You thrive on collaboration and welcome feedback—working closely with creative, product, and marketing to build cohesive campaigns.
- You have a strong sense of brand voice and can quickly adapt your writing to match Plum Paper’s tone and personality.
- You’re versatile—comfortable switching between ad copy, SEO articles, website content, and storytelling pieces with ease.
- You understand how to connect product benefits to real customer needs, bringing warmth and purpose to every message.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in copywriting, content strategy, or related marketing communications roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a creative environment.
- Experience writing for eCommerce or consumer product brands is an asset.
