Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Rep - Primary Care (Specialty / Entry Level)
We are currently looking to fill several full‑time roles to manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for working with clients.
This role helps with lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. It is a full‑time opportunity with advancement potential for the right candidate to help manage campaigns, oversee staff, and train employees.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with healthcare contracts and practice management needs. We provide career development and bonus opportunities. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and Microsoft & Apple products is required.
Responsibilities- Finding and engaging new clients, and retaining them long‑term
- Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base
- Working with clients to make the right decisions about medical agreements and healthcare cost management
- Developing and maintaining healthy, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Managing your time effectively in a multi‑faceted role
- Performing any other duties reasonably requested
- Minimum one year working in sales or customer service
- Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals
- Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
