We are currently seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead new and used vehicle sales operations at our high-performing Honda dealership in Vista, CA.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used car volume, maximizing profitability, and developing a strong, performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operations
- Drive volume, gross profit, and market share growth
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deal structure and closing performance
- Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to process and performance standards
Manage new and used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
- Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance across all new car operations
Review sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance.
What You’ll Need:- 5+ years automotive sales management experience required
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skills
- Strong F&I knowledge with proven ability to structure deals and maximize backend gross
- Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software (ex. Conquest)
- Honda/Import brand experience preferred
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven ability to close deals and drive results
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
