Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role involves various warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling goods and materials. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and audits.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime as needed.
