Zonnehuisgroep Vlaardingen zoekt een dagbestedingscoach voor Vlaardingen. Je werkt 28 uur per week en bent verantwoordelijk voor de invulling en uitvoering van het dagbestedingsplan voor bewoners.
Je begeleidt bewoners bij activiteiten, stemt af met collega's en vrijwilligers en houdt rekening met het netwerk van bewoners. Een MMZ/SPW niveau 4-diploma is vereist en ervaring met de doelgroep is gewenst.
