Critical requirements

Educational or professional background in electrical or electromechanical engineering.

Strong interest in working on AC substation projects.

Availability and motivation to work in a site or yard environment.

Affinity with offshore project environments, particularly in the energy or renewables sector.

Valid EU work permit or right to work in the Netherlands is required.

Important requirements

Initial offshore exposure is considered a strong advantage.

Experience or practical exposure in inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, or site execution.

Ability to operate effectively within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Nice-to-have requirements

Exposure to HV/MV systems, switch gear, transformers, protection systems, or power distribution.

Experience in offshore energy, platforms, shipyards, heavy electrical installations, or similar technical environments.

Relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
