Naval Architecture
As a Senior Naval Architect, you'll be at the heart of pioneering yacht design.
Your role involves performing crucial naval architectural calculations to support and enhance our design projects, making sure they meet stringent industry standards. Collaborate with our talented engineering team to push the boundaries of modern and innovative yacht construction.
In this role, you'll engage in various tasks, including:
Prepare, check, and maintain weight calculations and stability calculations.
Validate and monitor lightship weight items and engineering weight data.
Ensure accurate Center of Gravity (CoG) calculations.
Prepare and maintain preliminary and final stability booklets.
Carry out and support inclining tests and ensure approval.
Liaise with classification societies and regulatory bodies.
Support sea trials and report on vessel performance.
Collaborate closely with project engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of working methods.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture with knowledge of yacht building for +5 years.
Experience with MS Office and relevant professional naval architecture software tools.
Works based on project planning and makes independent decisions within own field of expertise, in consultation with the Project Manager Engineering.
Assistance with relocation, housing advice, and general support.
Possibility to benefit from the 30% tax ruling for the first five years.
At least 25 days of paid holidays, additional ADV holidays might apply.
Compensation for commuting costs.
Language course compensation up to €500.
