Bauleiter Elektroinstallation (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen
- Führung und Koordination deines Teams
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
- Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Planer und Projektleiter
- Materialdisposition und effiziente Einsatzplanung
- Aktives Mitanpacken auf der Baustelle. Du gehst als Vorbild voran.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ
- Weiterbildung als Bauleiter:in oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion
- Führungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken
- Freude an Verantwortung und Teamarbeit
- Führerausweis Kat. B
