As the Concierge
, you are the heartbeat of our vibrant Independent Living community— the friendly face who keeps things running smoothly, supports residents daily, and ensures every interaction reflects our five‑star hospitality standard. You are more than just a receptionist—we expect an active, visible, and constantly engaged presence with residents, staff, and visitors, helping make each day easier, safer, and more enjoyable for the community you serve.

What

You’ll Do
  • Be on the move:
    Greeting residents and visitors, assisting with deliveries, escorting vendors, and connecting personally with community members throughout the day.
  • Master multitasking:
    Manage a high volume of calls, coordinate resident requests, and support multiple departments with organization and communication.
  • Deliver five‑star hospitality:
    Anticipate needs, address concerns with professionalism and warmth, and ensure every resident feels valued and cared for.
  • Support daily operations:
    • Manage deliveries, prescriptions, and notifications for residents.
    • Confirm and document housekeeping or contractor visits.
    • Assist the Program Director with clerical and event support—from creating sign‑up sheets to distributing communications and managing RSVPs.
    • Help with dining reservations and menu requests.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date resident information for wellness and safety.
    • Operate and update communication systems like Touown TV and e‑blast alerts.
  • Pitch in wherever needed:
    Whether helping organize an event, delivering an important message, or lending a hand to a resident, you’re always ready to step in with a smile.
What We’re Looking For
  • A people‑person with a passion for serving seniors and building community connections.
  • A multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role.
  • A self‑starter who enjoys being active and visible around the community.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service1+ year preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
