Essential Duties
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi‑line phone system.
  • Manage front desk operations, including meeting room coordination/scheduling.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Support the office operations team and administrative staff by assisting with office events, special projects, and providing backup support as needed.
Qualifications
  • This position is fully inীরা office and requires working on‑site five (5) days per week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one to two years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services firm environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe (PDF) preferred.
  • Familiar with general office procedures, business correspondence, filing systems, and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.יים
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 – $60,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location, as well as the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
