• Full arch fixed rehabilitation (All-On-X)
• Implant Over dentures
• Single Implant placement and restoration
• Bone and soft-tissue grafting

Our model features in-house lab‑technicians, dental assistant‑driven restorative workflows, and a heavily surgical procedure mix for partner dentists. 200k annualized salary for 6 months against production based compensation WITH earned (no buy‑in) master‑level DSO equity opportunity.

First 6 months - $200k base / month or 25% of adjusted production. After first 6 months - 25% of adjusted production with no lab fees.
