, with strong growth potential expected to double organically within 18 months

To support this next phase of integration and expansion, USUP seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the New Jersey Region
. This is a dynamic operational leader who can drive performance, align physicians under a shared vision, and partner closely in dyad leadership with the regional MD executive, who is a respected and collaborative physician executive within the organization.

The partnership provides robust financial resources and operational expertise in informatics, IT, compliance, legal, revenue cycle management, human resources and marketing. Through a collaborative approach, U.S. Urology Partners works alongside its practice partners to enhance performance and expand access to exceptional urologic care.

• Lead all operational, financial, and strategic initiatives across the New Jersey region, primarily in south and central areas of the state.
• Partner in dyad leadership with regional physician executive to ensure alignment between clinical and operational priorities.
• Build and maintain strong physician relationships, fostering trust and engagement across multiple practices and physician personalities.
• Drive integration across 25 practice sites, unifying systems, processes, and goals under a cohesive regional strategy.
• Oversee financial performance and margin management focusing on growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop administrative and operational leaders to ensure excellence in patient experience, quality, and practice performance.

• Proven healthcare operator with experience in independent or physician-led environments
  , ideally within oncology, imaging, pharmacy, radiology, post-acute care, or ancillary services
  .
• Master's degree is required - MHA or MBA.
• 10-15+ years of experience in related field, leading multi-site, leading at least $250MM in revenue.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although out-of-the-area and overnight travel will be expected.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations with complex stakeholder groups.
• Skilled in change management, integration, and conflict resolution
  , with a focus on driving results through collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving performance and scaling growth.
• Excellent relationship builder, capable of navigating physician dynamics and fostering alignment across diverse teams.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to New Jersey or the surrounding region
