We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. The BT is responsible for working one‑on‑one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
Key Requirements- Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical ability to meet demands: standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.
