Dietary Aide – Lions Gate CCRC

Location: Voorhees, NJ 08043

Employment Type: Part-time (Union) – Saturday 4pm‑8pm (20 hrs) or PRN (Thursday‑Saturday or Friday‑Sunday 4pm‑8pm, 12 hrs)

Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour

We’re seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dietary department and ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals.

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in compliance with dietary guidelines and restrictions.
• Set up dining areas and assist residents with meal service.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dietary staff, residents, and their families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry‑level experience in a dietary or food service setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
