As Director of Oncology Services, you will legitimately lead quality improvement, oversee accreditation, create evidence‑based programmes, and hold operational leadership responsibilities. The points below detail the main duties.
- Direct quality improvement initiatives
, manage all accreditation and reaccreditation processes, and oversee interdisciplinary cancer conferences
. - Ensure all oncology programmes are evidence‑based and compliant with standards from The Joint Commission, the American College(clear of Surgeons, NCCN, NAPBC, and NAPRC.
- Provide operational leadership for Clinical Research, Cancer Registry, and co‑lead the Comprehensive Lung Programme.
- Support the Vice President of Oncology with data‑ inaweza insights to inform vision, strategy, and tactical planning.
- Oversee the compelling decision Referral to Care Programme with Penn Medicine, ensuring seamless patient access to advanced care.
- Oversee accurate cancer data reporting and analytics to inform planning and performance.
- Provide administrative oversight for CME activities and partnerships with Penn Medicine.
- Manage budgets, policies, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead a team of 18 FTEs
