About the RoleAs Director of Oncology Services, you will:
- Direct quality improvement initiatives, manage all accreditation and reaccreditation processes, and oversee multidisciplinary cancer conferences.
- Ensure all oncology programs are evidence‑based and compliant with standards from The Joint Commission, the American College of Surgeons, NCCN, NAPBC, and NAPRC.
- Provide operational leadership for Clinical Research, Cancer Registry, and co‑lead the Comprehensive Lung Program.
- Support the Vice President of Oncology with data‑driven insights to inform vision, strategy, and tactical planning.
- Oversee the Referral to Care Program with Penn Medicine, ensuring seamless patient access to advanced care.
- Oversee accurate cancer data reporting and analytics to inform planning and performance.
- Provide administrative oversight for CME activities and partnerships with Penn Medicine.
- Manage budgets, policies, and resources to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead a team of 18 FTEs, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

- Education:
BSN or bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred (Business or Quality focus). Oncology Certified Nurse preferred. - Licensure:
Current NJ RN license required. - Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years in healthcare quality and data analytics, including people management.
- Leadership experience required; oncology experience preferred.
- Accreditation, registry, and clinical research oversight experience strongly preferred.
- Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities. Professional certification in quality or healthcare management desirable.
