This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Voorhees, NJ, for an Assisted Service Manager. The role involves overseeing daily service operations, ensuring high‑quality customer interactions, and driving team performance. Key responsibilities include managing service appointments, coordinating with the service team, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient service department operations. The Assisted Service Manager will also focus on meeting performance goals and fostering a positive work environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate service department staff
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to provide exceptional support and interaction
• Experience in service operations, scheduling, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills to oversee numerous responsibilities effectively
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or a relevant field is advantageous
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to service management operations
• A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive services or management are a plus
