• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• Maintain LPN or LVN license as required by state regulations.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the applicable state.
• Valid state license and ability to maintain it.
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or facility setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, quality care.
