Salary: $32.00 - $34.00 hourly

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Assist with medication administration for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents, monitor well‑being, and communicate changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director to assess and document resident assessments at required intervals.

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You are a graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing.
• You hold a current state license as an LPN or LVN.
• No experience needed; we welcome new graduates and experienced nurses.

(7:00 am‑3:00 pm) Week 1 – Sunday / Week 2 – Saturday
(3:00 pm‑11:00 pm) Week 1 – Saturday / Week 2 – Sunday
(7:30 am‑11:30 am) Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday / Week 2 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

• Accredited nursing school graduate with current LPN license.
• At least two years of experience in long‑term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform routine rescue and care activities with proper body mechanics.
