Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Complete Care at Voorhees is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing – Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing personnel and enhance quality of resident care.
Qualifications & Responsibilities- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 2 years experience in long‑term care or post‑acute setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice and standards of long‑term care
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, NJDOH)
- Ensure nursing personnel comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness
- Infection prevention and control knowledge
- Ability to lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures
- Experience in staff education, orientation and competency evaluations
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator
- Full‑time, day shift, including on‑call rotation required
