Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to care for critically ill infants. Our facility provides a Level III NICU, accommodating a patient ratio of 1:2.

Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation is essential for this role.
The NICU practices couplet care, ensuring comprehensive support for both the infant and their family. As a night shift nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and floating as needed to support other facilities in the network.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of NICU experience required

• Level III NICU experience is necessary

• Current BLS and NRP certifications required

• Epic experience is preferred
