Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Level III NICU RN for a night shift position requiring micro preemie and high-frequency ventilation experience and every weekend availability.

Details
  • Work in a Level III Neonatal ICU (NICU)
  • Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-7:00)
  • Every weekend required, with 1 additional weekday shift
  • Patient ratio of 1:2
  • Practices couplet care with a dedicated Stork RN on each shift
  • Floating required among 5 facility hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro and OLOL)
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Block scheduling not permitted
Requirements
  • Active NJ or Compact RN license required
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • 2-3 years of NICU experience required, with recent experience within the last 12 months
  • Level III NICU experience required
  • Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation required
  • Epic experience preferred
  • BLS certification must not expire within 30 days of assignment start date
Additional Information
  • Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates, including micro preemies requiring high-frequency ventilation
  • RTO must be submitted at time of consideration; requests after will not be accepted
  • Navy blue scrubs required
  • Candidates living within 50 miles of the hospital are subject to the local rate
  • First-time travelers accepted but not preferred
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
