American Traveler is hiring a Level III NICU RN for a night shift position requiring micro preemie and high frequency ventilation experience and every weekend availability.

• Level III NICU setting practicing couplet care with a Stork RN on each shift
• Patient ratio of 1:2
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-7:00)
• Every weekend required plus one weekday shift
• Floating required among five hospitals within skillset based on staffing needs
• No on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling not permitted

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required, verified via Nursys dated within 2 weeks of submission
• BLS and NRP certifications required, with BLS not expiring within 30 days of assignment start
• 2-3 years of NICU experience required, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Level III NICU experience required
• Experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation required
• Epic experience preferred
• Must be clean shaven for fit testing prior to working on the unit

• Provide specialized neonatal intensive care within a Level III NICU
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration; requests after will not be accepted, and no RTO is allowed during the first week of the assignment
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a reduced local rate
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
• First-time travelers accepted but not preferred
• Complete pre-employment labs within 48 hours of signing
