Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful dispensary located in Voorhees, NJ. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Sweetspot Brands is looking for a cannabis advisor to provide guidance and excellent service to customers while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
• Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
