We are looking for retail LP Detectives to join our growing Loss Prevention team.

• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Provide loss prevention support and awareness through policies, procedures, and personal involvement.
• Provide surveillance and assist police with apprehensions of shoplifters.
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures.
• Perform safety, fire‑prevention, and insurance inspections.
• Answer alarm responses.

• Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills required to work with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience in retail loss prevention, preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, early openings, and late closings.

• Starting Rate: $16.65 per hour
