Work Schedule:

As a HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will work Monday through Friday with overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay:
As a HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be paid $18.00 - $26.00/hour depending on experience and be eligible to earn company SPIFF bonuses.

• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on their HVAC system, their options related to its maintenance, and the importance of annual HVAC system maintenance
• Answer any customer questions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Communicate with the dispatch team regularly to ensure timely service and updates to the customer
• Safely drive between jobsites in a company‑provided vehicle

• 1+ years of HVAC field experience
• An EPA Universal Certificate
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• A strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• The ability to safely operate power and hand tools
