The investment associate will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of a global portfolio of hospitality assets and revenue centers, including hotels, third‑party managed restaurants and bars, retail spaces, and ancillary property revenue sources such as meeting rooms and parking, ensuring each property is maintained and performs at the level of ownership’s expectations for, but not limited to, revenue generation, net operating income, physical condition, value creation, and overall management of each asset.

• Represent ownership and collaborate with internal stakeholders to help lead the execution of the investment and divestment strategies for assigned assets.
• Drive operational efficiencies and identify new opportunities to maximize profitability and long‑term value of assets.
• Work closely with legal, construction, capital markets, development & investment, accounting, and operations teams to review agreements, construction/capital projects, loan documents, leases, and other materials that impact the operations of the asset and ownership’s obligations.
• Perform detailed reviews of budgets, forecasts, monthly income statements, STR reports, cash flow projections, and create and maintain internal asset‑level dashboard reports to identify inefficiencies and help create strategies around maximizing profitability and value.
• Own day‑to‑day management of non‑hotel revenue centers including reporting to senior leadership.
• Create individual reporting schedules based on lender, investor, operator, and executive needs.
• Liaise with operations teams to drive performance by monitoring key metrics.
• Review and analyze legal documents such as loan agreements, retail space leases, ground leases, management agreements, etc.
• Support the Managing Director of Investment Management with communication to third‑party operators to align with investment thesis.
• Oversee maintenance of financial models (in Excel) used for asset forecasting purposes, summarizing operating results, and analyzing various capital re‑investment strategies.

• Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with high expertise in Excel and financial modeling
• Self‑motivated, flexible, and detail‑oriented with strong quality control.

• Voorschoten Support Office. Hybrid working is possible, on average two days in the office. Not fully remote. This is a full‑time role
