S&Z Consultancy zoekt een ervaren Wmo-consulent die zelfstandig het volledige Wmo-proces kan uitvoeren in Voorschoten. Je zult efficiënt werken aan het afhandelen van Wmo-aanvragen en nauw samenwerken met het Sociaal Service Team.
Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Wmo-consulent is vereist, evenals kennis van de Wmo 2015. De rol vraagt om juridisch inzicht en zelfstandigheid. Een hbo-bachelor in Social Work of vergelijkbaar is noodzakelijk. Een flexibele en klantgerichte werkwijze is cruciaal.
