Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein zoekt een Frontoffice Medewerker Burgerzaken. Je bent het visitekaartje aan de balie en draagt zorg voor een gastvrije ontvangst en duidelijke, klantgerichte hulp bij diverse producten en diensten.
Je behandelt reisdocumenten en rijbewijzen en verwerkt verhuizingen, controleert aanvragen op volledigheid en zorgt voor correcte afhandeling en uitgifte van documenten. Een mbo-opleiding en ervaring in publieke dienstverlening zijn vereist.
