Als productiemedewerker op de snij en inpakafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat vers brood dagelijks op tijd de winkels bereikt. Zonder jouw inzet loopt het productieproces vertraging op en kunnen bestellingen niet op tijd worden geleverd. Je ondersteunt de operators, leert de machines kennen en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een belangrijke schakel binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, hygiëne en teamwork centraal staan.
Jouw top 3 werkzaamheden zijn:
- Aanvoeren en controleren van verpakkingsmateriaal
- Ondersteunen bij het instellen en ombouwen van machines
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en oplossen van kleine storingen
Je werkt in een 2 ploegendienst tussen 06.00 uur en 23.00 uur. Daarbij leer je dagelijks meer over productie, techniek en machinebediening. Zo bouw je actief aan een toekomst als operator.
