• Under the direction of the PPG leader, support clerical functions in the physician practice to ensure quality care.
• Conduct professional patient interactions by obtaining demographic and financial information.
• Greet and process patients in an efficient, friendly, accurate and timely manner.
• Deliver quality performance and service excellence; adhere to PH Standards of Behavior.

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED.
• Must have two years clerical experience; physician office experience preferred.
• Must have experience working with computers.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of general computer skills and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, work independently using critical thinking.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Medical terminology and/or coding experience preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
