• Lead 2–3 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery‑oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

• $2,000 Sign On Bonus!
  * Remote hires not included, must be an in‑office staff member.
• Salary range: $50,000–$70,000 / year
  * Based on experience, and education.
• Schedule (EST):
  Mon 9a‑7:30p;
  Tues 9a‑8:30p (WFH);
  Wed 9a‑8p;
  Thurs 9a‑4p;
• Bachelor’s degree.
• An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II – V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC‑A, LMFT‑A, LAC, LCAC‑A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2‑3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
