Parkview Health is looking for a Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and clerical operations. The role involves collaborating with the team to deliver quality patient care and support providers through effective communication.

Assist with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned office(s). Provide quality support to providers and maintain consistent communication.

High school graduate or equivalent with GED. Completion of a medical assistant program meeting certification eligibility requirements.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) via AAMA, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) via AMT, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) via NHA, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) via NCCT, or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA. CPR required.

Medical assistant or physician office experience preferred.

Solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations, service excellence, and clinical quality initiatives preferred. Familiarity with computers and electronic medical records preferred. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
