. Ford Meter Box is accepting resumes for an Electrical Technician. The role supports Foundry Area equipment, including industrial control systems, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience and a two-year degree or certification. This role is on 1st shift but may be required to assist on other shifts when operationally necessary.

• Routinely exhibit technical leadership/expertise
• Display exceptional safety and craftsmanship standards
• Demonstrate a high level of oral communication skills
• Display stewardship and ethical behavior
• Computer usage and proficiency
• Direct predictive maintenance when needed
• Demonstrate technical writing skills (training, procedural, vendor focus)

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical or related roles
• A two-year degree or certificate in a relevant field
• Ability to work first shift with flexibility to assist on other shifts as needed
