are you looking for a terrific career opportunity? New to ford meter box, the sales program is designed to provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding and hands‑on experience in the operations of sales support, administration, and leadership. Rotational training in the areas of risk management, product training, marketing, regulatory compliance, field sales, order entry, quotations, systems support, quality, and customer service will enable participants to learn about and contribute to each area of sales.

Over 30‑35 weeks of rotational training with 3‑5 additional weeks of dedicated special project time, the ideal candidate will prepare for new opportunities in one of many roles in sales or marketing.

sales participants will be selected through an interview process and assigned a rotational schedule. They will be asked to demonstrate skills in the areas of leadership, decision making, communication, knowledge of products, customers and processes and organizational ability. Candidates are expected to successfully complete the rotations and be prepared for placement in open roles within the sales and marketing areas.

• currently hold or have started and be willing to complete a bachelor's degree within 6 years of the start of the program.
• have a written recommendation from a previous manager.
