• Fix Stuff – Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other industrial equipment. (Open to all different types of mechanics. Especially ones from Automotive and Hydraulics)
• Keep It Running – Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative service to keep downtime low and customers happy.
• Be a Pro – Provide top‑notch customer service and bring a professional attitude to every job.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (hydraulics, internal combustion engines, electrical systems).
• Ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and take ownership of your work.
• Solid communication and customer service skills – you’re not just a wrench‑turner, you’re a problem‑solver.
