Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Field Service Technician
Location: Wabash, IN and others
Compensation: $28–$35/hour (depending on experience & mechanical aptitude)
Schedule: Full-time, onsite at a customer facility (not a road tech position)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to join a long-standing equipment and service dealer. This role is focused on preventative maintenance, service repairs, and supporting customers with their forklift and material handling equipment needs.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance at customer sites.
- Handle troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and work order management.
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the service team for hands-on training and support.
- Prior forklift maintenance experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded.
